How do I place an order?

Ordering on Stiajewelry.com is easy and safe. Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, click on the "ADD TO SHOPPING BAG" button to place it in your Shopping Bag. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order.
Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process, when you will be asked for your credit card information.
We encourage our customers to "Shop Local" and find Stia products in their local boutiques and gift shops. While online business growth is an inevitable part of our commerce culture, we are strong supporters of our wholesale brick-and-mortar partners.
Payment and Shipping
Stiajewelry.com ships via trusted carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Shipping carriers will be determined based on destination. We are happy to serve shoppers from all over the world. Pricing may vary based on your final shipping destination and duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns & Repairs
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please email us at info@stiacouture.com to arrange a return or exchange. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping costs are responsibility of the customer. You will receive a full refund on your returned item once it is received. We offer repairs to any product within 1 year of purchase.
